You have the option to have your funds wired directly to your bank account, or you can receive a cashier's check in the mail.

Cash is an umbrella term for wire transfer and cashier's checks, both of which are instant and guaranteed.

It's not necessary to be present at closing, but if you can be there, it's nice. The title company will be happy to send you copies of all the documents and call you with any questions, so either way, you'll have a chance to review everything before signing.

No, there are no fees at all. We want to make this as easy as possible for you!
