FAQ's
We want to make selling your land as simple, streamlined, and easy as possible. We also want you to be informed and feel confident about the process. So we've compiled a short list of some of the most frequently asked questions we get, along with some you might not have thought of yet.
Q: Are we obligated to sell our property?
You are not obligated to sell. It is your land, and if you choose to keep it, we will respect your decision. We would love for you to consider the offer, though.
Q: Why do you offer free offer quotes for land?
We know that selling your land can be a stressful process—especially if you're trying to sell it fast. You might be wondering, "How much is my property worth?" or "How long will it take to sell?" We know that uncertainty is one of the worst aspects of selling your land, so we offer free, no-obligation quotes in order to help alleviate some of the stress and get you on your way.
Q: How will I get my funds?
Q: What does Cash mean?
You have the option to have your funds wired directly to your bank account, or you can receive a cashier's check in the mail. Cash is an umbrella term for wire transfer and cashier's checks, both of which are instant and guaranteed.
Q: Do I have to be present at closing?
It's not necessary to be present at closing, but if you can be there, it's nice. The title company will be happy to send you copies of all the documents and call you with any questions, so either way, you'll have a chance to review everything before signing.
Q: Do I have to pay any fees?
No, there are no fees at all. We want to make this as easy as possible for you!
Q: Do you purchase land with outbuildings, mobile homes, fire-damaged or dilapidated structures?
We'll buy your land regardless of what's on it—outbuildings, mobile homes, fire-damaged structures, dilapidated homes. We know you can't really sell a property the way it is. We do the work for you. We'll buy your land in any condition!
